PIBM Pune’s Placement process comprises of rigid practical exposure and working experience in various corporates. It all starts with the student’s going for their Winter Internship Program (WIP) for 1 month. Many of the students get their first corporate break with their WIP companies. After that, they go for the Summer Internship Program (SIP) for 2-3 months and some other Live Projects for several weeks which further help to strengthen their corporate productivity. The last step is Final Placement which starts in the third semester. From top MNCs to extremely promising startups, our students get the best where the average placement package is around 6.5 LPA.
